Make it easy and fast for the user

by Michael on 2 June 2017

When deciding how you site will look keep in mind the minimalistic trend that is showing up on the internet. It’s based on images to inform your audience. People are spending less time reading but want more information and have more choices. Stream line the choices your audience has to choose from by using images effectively. Remember, “A picture is worth a thousand words”.

Responsive

by Michael on 4 June 2017

Most people these days, view web pages on a smart phone or tablet. If you want your website to reach your target audience, you must go where they are. This means your website must be compatible with multiple devices (responsive). Without a responsive design, you will miss out on potential clients when they leave your site for a responsive one.

Target what you need

by Michael on 6 June 2017

There are many choices in how to make your site. Have someone make it, or use a CMS like WordPress or Wix. Get a fixed site, where the content is un changing. Get a custom CMS made so you don’t have to learn much. Get a premade (like WordPress or Wix) and learn how to use the application (which can be a considerable time investment). And that doesn’t even get in to the style of the look and fee or the cost of Search engine optimization (SEO). Your first step is figure out what functionality you want and how you want it to look and feel. Then consider your option of how it gets built.
